In a real tease of a scene from tomorrow’s season finale of DOCTOR WHO, Clara (Jenna-Louise Coleman) gets a letter in the mail from a most unexpected source. And no, it’s not from the Doctor!
The coolest thing about this letter from the Victorian age? It had to take the slow path from the 1890s to 2013. Imagine dropping a plea for help in the post and hoping the recipient gets it 100+ years in the future?
I wonder if the “emergency” has anything to do with the Doctor…? We’ll find out tomorrow night at 8 o’clock on BBC America.
Matt Smith told Britain’s TV Magazine that he will return to DOCTOR WHO for at least one more series in 2014. This means his 11th Doctor will not be regenerating during the 2013 Christmas Special, as some rumors and fan sites have been claiming.
This is what Matt told TV:
“I’m on a break for a couple of months while I’m in Detroit making How To Catch A Monster. We come back and shoot the Christmas special over the summer, then we go on to the next series, which will either start filming at the end of this year or at the start of 2014.”
Here’s another teaser clip — just in case you weren’t already whipped into a frenzy of anticipation for “The Name of the Doctor.”
Oh, this looks exciting! Cannot wait until tomorrow!
